COLORFUL FETTUCINI 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Provolone cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fettucini noodles uncooked and spinach noodles

Cream butter until light and fluffy, gradually beat in cream. Beat in cheeses and set aside. Preheat oven to 250 degrees with serving bowl. Cook noodles and transfer to warm serving bowl. Add cheese mixture and mix. Season to taste.
