FETTUCINI VERDE | |
4 c. raw spinach 1 c. parsley 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. walnuts 1/2 c. olive oil 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. fresh spinach fettucini In the bowl of a processor combine all ingredients except pasta. Process until smooth. Cook pasta al dente, about 5 minutes; drain well. Toss fettucini with sauce in large serving dish until it is well coated. Serve. |
