GREEN AND GOLD RICE BAKE 
1 c. instant rice
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Old English cheese
Dash pepper
Dash dry mustard
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, combine rice, milk, and salt. Mix until all rice is moistened. Bring quickly to a boil over high heat, uncovered, fluffing gently once or twice with a fork; do not stir. Simmer gently, covered, 3 minutes.

Add cheese, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire, and broccoli blend. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, or until top is slightly browned. Makes 4 servings. NOTES: This is pretty baked in a ring mold. Nutrition: 430 calories.
