SEAFOOD BURGERS 
1 can crabmeat or 1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. minced celery
2 tbsp. each catsup, mayonnaise, minced onion & pickle relish
1 tbsp. pimiento (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Fill 8 buns and wrap individually in foil. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. May be frozen before cooking.
