BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 cooked potatoes
1 lb. American cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and chopped
1/4 c. sliced olives
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Top with bacon, olives and salt and pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
