LEMON BARS 
3/4 c. Fluffo or butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Mix. Bake 7 minutes. Watch carefully.

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. real lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon rind

Pour over baked crust. Frost with powdered sugar frosting, add 1 teaspoon lemon.
