PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
2 c. persimmon pulp 3 eggs 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. melted butter 2 1/2 c. milk 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (May add nuts or raisins if desired) Mix together all ingredients and bake in greased 13x9 pan at 325 degrees for one hour. Serve with whipped cream. |
