BEEF SCALOPPINE 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cubed steaks
1/4 c. oil
1/2 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 can tomatoes (2 c.)
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. capers, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dust beef pieces; brown in oil in large skillet. Remove meat and add onions. Cook until tender. Add meat, tomatoes, undrained mushrooms, parsley, capers, garlic salt and oregano. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until meat is tender. Arrange meat and sauce on hot buttered noodles. Serves 4.
