PEPPERMINT DESSERT 
2 c. vanilla waters
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. whipped cream
8 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
Peppermint candy

2 c. crushed vanilla wafers and 1/2 cup melted butter. Blend and press in 9 x 12 pan.

1/2 cup butter, 3 eggs, 3 squares unsweetened chocolate. Cream butter and powder sugar, add slightly beaten eggs, add melted chocolate and beat until fluffy.

1 cup whipped cream, 8 ounce miniature marshmallows. Pour on 2nd layer and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. Cool overnight but do not freeze.
