SNICKERS® CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 to 14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1/3 c. milk
8 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix cake according to directions. Pour half of batter into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Melt caramels, butter and milk; pour on cake. Top with chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour other half of cake batter on top. Turn oven to 275 degrees, bake 20 minutes. Turn oven to 350 degrees, bake 15 to 20 minutes.
