SNICKER CAKE | |
1 box German's chocolate cake mix 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels 1 stick butter 1/3 c. milk 3/4 c. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped pecans; optional Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour 1/2 batter in 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt caramels, butter, and milk. Remove cake from oven. Pour caramel mixture over it. Top with chocolate chips and pecans. Dot remaining batter over top and return to 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven to 350 degrees and bake another 10-15 minutes. |
