SNICKER CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake 1/2 the batter in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Melt the caramels, butter and milk until smooth (while cake is baking); put this on baked cake. Top with chips and pecans. Put remaining batter over all.
