WATERGATE SALAD 
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 lg. box instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut in half
1/2 c. coconut, shredded

In large bowl mix Cool Whip and pudding until well blended. Add all other ingredients; stir well. Top with cherries and pecans. Chill for about 1 hour.
