BARBECUE TERIYAKI TURKEY
TENDERLOINS
 
1 pkg. tenderloins
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove crushed garlic OR 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix soy sauce, oil, wine, sugar, ginger and garlic. Place tenderloins in oblong dish. Pour soy sauce mixture over tenderloins, making sure to coat each one thoroughly. Cover with foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 to 3 hours, turning several times. Cook on barbecue grill until done, about 25 to 35 minutes. Use leftover sauce for basting.
