HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot peppers (2 or 3)
3/4 to 1 c. bell peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 (6 oz.) jar Certo
Paraffin

Grind peppers in blender. Put into pot and add sugar and vinegar. Bring to a hard boil for 5 minutes. Cool 2 minutes. Add Certo and a few drops of red or green food coloring. Pour in jelly jars. Seal with paraffin.

I use only green peppers.
