LOW CALORIE FOIL - BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 lemon, cut up & seeded
3 sprigs parsley
1 stalk celery, cut up
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. soft butter

Cut fish into 5 serving size portions and place each on a square of foil. Put remaining ingredients in blender and run on high speed until lemon and celery are chopped. Top each fish portion with heaping tablespoon of mixture. Wrap and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 5. About 200 calories per serving. Bake at 350 degrees.
