FISH AND VEGETABLES BAKED IN
FOIL
 
1 lb. fish fillets
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. white wine
Pepper to taste
1 can mushrooms, drained
Chopped onion
1 lb. fresh green beans
Foil
Salad oil

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt and wine over fish. Brush large piece of foil with oil. Place in baking dish. Lay the fish and vegetables on foil; pinch ends together to seal it. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
