"BAKED FISH IN FOIL" 
2-3 lbs. frozen orange roughy
1/4 c. butter in stick form
1 lemon
2-3 tbsp. "Fisherman's Wharf" lemon-pepper and dill seasoning
Aluminum foil

1. For each piece or pound of fish tear off a sheet of foil large enough to wrap it securely.

2. On each piece of foil rub cold butter across the entire inside surface.

3. Place one pound or one piece of fish on each butter-rubbed foil sheet.

4. Sprinkle seasoning and fresh lemon juice onto both sides of fish. One lemon slice on top.

5. Wrap foil packs securely (not tight) and place directly on rack in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

6. Optional: serve baked fish with macaroni and cheese and fresh garden peas.
