BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Grease 8x10-inch baking dish. Cook 1 pound sausage; drain and crumble; set aside. Mix:

1/2-1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Spread 1/4 pound grated sharp cheese in bottom of baking dish. Drizzle half of sour cream mixture over cheese; top with all of sausage. Pour 10 beaten eggs over this. Drizzle remaining sour cream mixture on top. Top with 1/4 pound grated sharp cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cut into serving sizes. Serve.

NOTE: This may be put together and refrigerated overnight, then baked and served.

NOTE: Peppers and onions can be diced and added with sausage or layered on top of sausage.
