C.'S RESTAURANT BREAD PUDDING 
6 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. can milk
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vanilla
12 slices bread, cut into strips
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut

Place 1/2 of bread strips in pan. Spread 1/2 raisins over bread. Cover with 1/2 above mixture. Add remaining bread in opposite direction. Add remaining mixture over this with raisins and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
