TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. taco sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 head lettuce (torn)
2 tomatoes, cut
Onion salt to taste
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. (more if desired) slightly crushed taco chips
1/2-1 c. Thousand Island

Brown beef; drain. Stir in taco sauce and drained beans. Head. Add beef mixture to remaining ingredients. Toss and serve at once.
