CREAMY TACOS 
1 box Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel with green peppers
1 can chili beans
1 pint half and half
1 lb. hamburger
1 bag tortilla chips
1 head lettuce

This sauce can be prepared in a slow cooker or over a double boiler. Cube cheese; add Rotel, the whole can of chili beans, half and half. Fry ground beef and crumb; drain fat completely. Add beef to cheese mixture. When cheese is completely melted, serve over chips and lettuce. Serves approximately 5 to 8.
