CAKE: 2 c. Bisquick 2 c. brown sugar 2 c. pecans 4 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Mix Bisquick and brown sugar, add pecans, then eggs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake. Cake will sink in the middle when you take it out. When cake cools, cover with cream cheese icing. Mix butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Add sugar and mix well. |
