2 c. diced unpeeled red apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Salad dressing
Lettuce
Thin apple slices

Sprinkle diced apples with lemon juice. Add celery, marshmallows and nuts. Add enough salad dressing to moisten; toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaf. Garnish with apple slices.
