SCONES - AUNTIE HAZEL'S 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Milk
Raisins, optional

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening with pastry blender. Add eggs and enough milk to make soft dough. Roll out and cut into scones. Bake in 400 degree oven until light brown.
