JUBILEE JUMBLES | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 12 oz. chocolate chips Mix thoroughly the butter, sugars, and eggs. Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Add to mixture. Blend in chips. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. OPTIONAL: Burnt Butter Glaze. Heat 2 tablespoons butter until golden brown. Beat in 2 cups confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup evaporated milk until smooth. Frost Jubilee Jumbles. |
