VANILLA ICE CREAM #2 
1 qt. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cans evaporated milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cornstarch or flour
3 or 4 eggs
1 pt. cream or nondairy creamer

Cook milk, sugar, cornstarch, and eggs to make a pudding. Put this in freezer. Add evaporated milk, cream and vanilla to make freezer can 3/4 full. Churn until firm or until freezer stops.
