EASY CREAMY ICE CREAM 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-banana Jello
4 c. sugar
1 qt. cream, whipped
4 c. mashed fruit (half strawberries, half bananas)
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 qt. milk

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Cool. Add sugar, salt, fruit, lemon juice and mix well. Pour into freezer container. Add whipped cream. Pour in enough milk to below top line of can. Fold together and freezer. Makes 4 quarts.
