CHEROKEE 
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. onions, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. sliced olives (optional)
Pepper and salt to taste

Brown ground beef, add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until onions and mushrooms are done. Add both cans of soup and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. I also top with Parmesan cheese.
