CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together well and pour into foil cupcake liners - 2/3 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove and cool at least 5 minutes. A dent will form in the center.

STEP 2:
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and spoon onto cupcakes.

STEP 3:
Pie filling

Top each cupcake and return to oven for 5 minutes. THESE FREEZE VERY WELL.
