1 sm. pkg. wild raspberry Jello
2 c. applesauce
1 grated orange rind
1 sm. bottle 7-up

Heat applesauce to boiling, then add Jello and orange rind; stir well. Slowly pour in 7-up down the side of the bowl. Chill until firm.
