J.T.'S FAVORITE CHERRY POUND
CAKE
 
1/2 jar cherries, chopped
1 c. Crisco
1 stick butter, real
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 3/4 c. plain flour
3/4 c. milk
6 eggs

Cream together, place in tube pan in cold over at 275 for 2 hours.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. 4X sugar
1/2 jar cherries, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together, put on cold cake.
