TROPICAL DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. cold 1% milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. banana, chopped
1 c. sliced strawberries
1/4 c. Baker's angel flake coconut

Pour milk and reserved juice from pineapple into small mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Mix in banana. Spoon some of mixture into parfait glasses. Add a layer of strawberries, pineapple and coconut. Top with another layer of pudding mixture. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
