GREEK SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 onion sliced, thin
1 sm. can ripe olives, chopped
6 Greek peppers, chopped
Blue cheese or Feta cheese to taste
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
Black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Garlic powder to taste
Salt
Capers (optional)

Shred cabbage; chop other ingredients. Mix together oil and vinegar. Pour over slaw; mix well and refrigerate.
