GRANOLA
2 1/2 c. raw rolled oats (1 minute Quaker Oats)
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. hulled sesame seeds
1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds (not salted)
1/2 c. raw wheat germ
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all dry ingredients, except spices, in large bowl. In large measuring cup, in this order, put honey, oil, vanilla and spices and mix well until all blended evenly. Now pour honey, oil and spice mixture over dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until mixture is evenly moist. Bake 275 degrees 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring often. While warm put in Tupperware. If you leave granola in pan too long, it will be too hard to get it out. Store at room temperature or in refrigerator. It's a great way of getting a protein cereal and ruffage in your diet. I triple this recipe when I make it.
