OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1/2 jar chocolate topping
1/2 jar caramel topping
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush Oreos (reserving 1 cup for top). Mix with melted butter, press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan with fork. Slice ice cream 1 inch thick and place on top of cookie layer. Pour softened chocolate and caramel over top. Place Cool Whip on next. Spread evenly sprinkle with remaining Oreo. Freeze 2 hours.
