LAYERED SALMON SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. milk

SALAD:

2 c. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. cucumber slices, halved
1 (15 oz.) can red salmon, drained & flaked
2 c. lettuce, shredded
2 c. cooked shell macaroni, drained
1/2 c. pitted black olives, halved
Dill

Combine dressing ingredients; chill. Combine tomatoes, cucumber and salmon. In a 3 quart bowl, beginning at bottom, layer lettuce, macaroni, olives and the combined tomatoes-cucumber-salmon. Top with dressing and toss before serving. Garnish with dill. Can be made ahead. Chill at least 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
