VEGETABLE CREOLE SOUP 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
4 c. water
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower (you can use fresh broccoli and cauliflower)
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. tomato sauce
3 tbsp. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook celery, peppers, onions and garlic in water until tender but crisp. Add vegetables. Bring to a boil. Cook 7 minutes. Add tomato products and rice. Add Worcestershire sauce, bouillon cube, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 15 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
