BEEF AND VEGETABLES, CREOLE
STYLE
 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce special

Combine beef, 1 teaspoon salt, rosemary and pepper; shape into 1 inch balls. In skillet brown meat balls; pour off fat. Add vegetables, tomato sauce special, and remaining salt. Simmer, covered, 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings
