UNSTUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. green pepper in strips
1 c. hot cooked rice
1/2 of 4 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Dash of basil leaves
Dash of pepper

Brown meat and peppers in 10 inch skillet. Drain - reduce heat, continue cooking 5 minutes or until pepper is crispy tender. Add remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly. Serves 2.
