CREOLE CORN 
2 c. fresh corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. drained canned tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Use a skillet. Saute corn, onion and green pepper in butter in skillet for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
