FLAUTAS APPETIZER 
2 c. chopped chicken or steak, cooked
2/3 c. salsa
1/4 c. sliced onion
3/4 tsp. cumin
Oil
32 tortillas
2 c. shredded cheese, cheddar or Monterey Jack
Guacamole, as a garnish

Combine meat, salsa, onion and cumin. Heat 1/2 inch oil in small skillet. Fry each tortilla 2 seconds on each side (drain off grease).

Spoon 1 tablespoon meat mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese down center of each tortilla.

Roll tightly, secure with toothpick. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven, 400 degrees, for 18-20 minutes.

Serve with guacamole and salsa.
