1 pkg. flour tortillas from deli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
Chili peppers
Shredded American cheese
Chopped green onion tops

Mix together and spread on tortilla, roll and chill for at least 2 hours. Take out and cut into bite size pieces. Enjoy.
