CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mayonnaise, reg. not low cal
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan or tube pan. Mix and sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and soda into large mixing bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and blended.

Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake test inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, remove. Frost as desired or frost with confectioners sugar.

Easy and good. Dont tell folks about the mayonnaise, they dont get it.

Yields 6 to 8.
