BREAKFAST PANCAKE 
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of nutmeg
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg together, leaving batter a bit lumpy. Melt butter in large frying pan and on this, pour the batter. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and return briefly to oven. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut into wedges and serve at once.
