BREADED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
I used corn flake crumbs
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. cooking fat
A little lemon juice
Salt, pepper

Roll the chops in crumbs. Cook the onions in fat until slightly brown. I did the rest in a casserole as I do not have a covered oven pan. Arrange the chops which have been browned on one side in the casserole on the browned side. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake about 15 more minutes to brown.
