BROCCOLI BACON SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, uncooked (2-3 stalks)
1 c. sunflower nuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. red onion, sliced thin
12 slices crisp bacon (or Sizzlean)

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cut uncooked broccoli into bite-size pieces. Cut cooked bacon into small pieces. Slice onion thin. Mix all ingredients, saving 2 slices of bacon to top salad.

Mix dressing. Pour over top of salad. Mix slightly. Add remaining 2 slices bacon, cut up, on top.
