POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 c. boiled or chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Add a little milk if too thick
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. poppy seed to sprinkle on top

Melt 1 stick of butter and mix all ingredients together in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and top starts to brown. (Jessica Thiessen's favorite dish.)
