MARINATED PORK TENDERS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. thyme
2 pork tenderloins
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger

About 24 hours ahead of cooking time, combine all ingredients and pour over meat which has been placed in a plastic bag. Close bag and refrigerate for 24 hours. Cook on grill. This is excellent.
