STUFFED BURGERS 
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. filling for burgers - crumbled bacon, grated or crumbles cheese, chopped mushrooms, onions or green peppers

Place about 1/4 cup ground meat in a burger press. Press a thin patty. Repeat to make 8 thin patties. Put a single patty into a burger press. Place 1 tablespoon filling of your choice on top of patty. Place another thin patty on top of filling. Press lightly to seal. Remove and refrigerate or freeze until ready to cook. Great on the grill.
